Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are any issues with sending out of items or supply such as potential delays due to high volumes of ordering, lack of staff or postal delays we will keep you up to date with the status of your order.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Should a shipping option not be available at checkout please get in touch and an estimate can be provided and/or added to the website. Contact kelsroad@gmail to arrange such.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from 111 Parish Line Road, Clevedon, Auckland. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with any instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-4pm on Mon-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia and USA.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please get in touch directly if a shipping option to your country has not been made available. Contact us at kelsroad@gmail.com.

Your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kellys Road Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kelsroad@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow up to 28 business days for any international deliveries.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Kellys Road Limited does not ship items to P.O Box numbers.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please refer to our policies regarding refunds, returns or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kelsroad@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
